Total salary range：7999200-9370000IDR
Basic Salary (Minimum – Maximum):IDR7029000、IDR7499250、IDR7941024
Incentive Attendance IDR 250,000；
Incentive Performance(only for 30%HC):IDR 250,000
Night Shift 1（15:00-24:00）IDR 15,000
Night Shift 2 (22:00-07:00) IDR 35,000（3x for Double date, NPL）

Minimum Diploma, Bachelor's degree preferred
Leadership; Coaching; KPI management; Scheduling; Conflict resolution
Professional Background：Call Center Operations/People Management
Work Experience：2-4 years of customer service experience, at least 1 year of team leadership experience
Special Qualifications：Leadership training certification preferred
Fluent in Indonesian; Intermediate English
