Control Union Academy is Control Union’s training platform, offering wide range of online and offline programs, including face-to-face workshops, in-house training, and eLearning courses that help clients bridge theory and daily practice. To grow CU Academy’s presence in Cambodia, we are looking for an organized and client-focused Academy Coordinator to manage the planning and delivery of local training activities.
Position Overview:

- Department: Control Union Academy (Training Division)
- Reporting to: Country Manager
- Location: Phnom Penh, Cambodia
- Contract type: Full-time
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, schedule, and coordinate CU Academy training courses, workshops, and webinars in Cambodia.
- Liaise with the CU Academy global team to align the local training calendar with global curricula, materials, and quality standards.
- Coordinate all logistics for face-to-face and online training: venues, equipment, materials, catering, and virtual meeting/eLearning platforms.
- Arrange trainers’ and instructors’ schedules, travel, and accommodation as needed.
- Handle client inquiries, course registrations, and enrollments for both public and customized in-house training.
- Maintain accurate training records, attendance logs, certificates, and participant evaluations.
- Support the marketing and promotion of CU Academy programs, including social media, email campaigns, and printed materials.
- Prepare post-training reports, feedback summaries, and recommendations for improvement.
- Coordinate invoicing and budget tracking for training activities with the finance team.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, industry associations, and other stakeholders to grow demand for training services.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Education, Agriculture, Food Science, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in training coordination, event/project management, or administrative support; experience in the certification/TIC sector is an advantage.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple training projects and deadlines simultaneously.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in both Khmer and English.
- Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with virtual meeting or eLearning platforms.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and service-minded, with a professional and courteous manner when dealing with clients and trainers.
- Able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a global team.
- Willingness to travel within Cambodia as required for training events.
