Key Accountabilities:
(To be performed in- alignment with global and regional guidelines)
PLANNING – 40%
- Support & collaborate with VM Excellence Team to create a smooth interaction between Wholesale Key Account Managers (KAM)
- Follow up with Wholesale campaign calendar alignment, VM requisition / Wholesale Wishlist form with Wholesale key account manager in organize manner to ensure having a full clarity prior developing VM planning deck.
- WHS Doors New store opening space planning/space enhancement in existing doors & execution, in collaborate with WHS KAM, including ordering management.
- Consumer experience (planograms/ guidelines), mainly supporting non-campaign plannings & execution.
- Seasonal graphic planning with WHS VM Partner / WHS KAM & execution
- Submit production order and provide clear creative direction & assets to appointed vendor.
- Coordinate installation schedule & work permit application between appointed supplier & wholesale customer.
- Retrieve quotations, submit to WHS Key Account for approval prior production. Once goods are delivered, follow up in retrieving invoices and share with WHS KAM
EXECUTION – 60%
- Organize regular stores visit with Key Account Manager.
- Ensure all VM plans are executed as per schedule, keep all parties involved informed.
- Share VM Planning deck and organize briefing session to WHS VM Partner VM team to ensure that all are clear and executed as per guide.
- Organizing store visit with respective VM Responsible WHS, whenever there’s campaign setup that involves window / launch zone level. (Focus doors).
- Help to touch up with WHS VM Responsible team when required. In-store execution & VM display consistency maintenance
- Checking all fabrication assets conditions are produce in high quality.
- Ensure that all products are properly displayed according to VM Planning deck & brand standard.
- Help to consolidate photos submission from wholesale team, provide feedback and follow ups.
- Submission of campaign execution report in written and photo documentation on Wholesale campaign execution.
- Provide training to Wholesale VM Responsible in managing brand standard. ( Focus Doors )
Essential Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years work experience in VM or product merchandising related field, preferable experience in the sport or clothing industry
- A passion for and an understanding of sports along with the desire to translate this passion into building the adidas sports market in Malaysia
- PC literature, excellent oral and written communication skills in English and local languages
- Basic foundation with Microsoft Excel and Powerpoint
- Good planning and organization skill
