Working Day/Hours: Mon-Fri (8.30am to 5.30pm) – 3 days Work From Office, 2 days WFH
Salary: Basic up to RM 2500 (Based on experience + skills) + statutory contribution + leave entitlement + medical insurance
Responsibilities
- To assist Immigration Consultants and other team members with immigration paperwork preparation such as filling up the application forms, letters based on information provided by clients, translation work etc.
- Responsible for filling case documents for each assignee and dependent, in accordance with country Policy and/or ISO requirements. This includes and is not limited to scanning, copying and preparing hard and/or soft copies of the case documents and all associated correspondence.
- Assist in conducting research and compile information related to IMMS.
- Help with administration of visa expiry report by reminding consultants and open renewal service jobs in ORBIS upon receipt of authorization from clients.
- Assist with invoice preparation and collection.
- To assist in the administration of RA and CORE as follows:
- Create case number
- Create Job(s) and complete Job Details
- Update Service Details and upload documents (Work Permit, Residence License, etc).
- Complete estimate charges in Service Details page.
- To assist in team to upload customer feedback forms or emails to CORE and RA.
- Assist in collecting or delivering physical documents when required.
- Support any team members in IMMS team whenever required on any administration work needed such filling, system updates, translation work, invoicing, reporting, etc.
- Input all necessary information in CORE (or any other data base used by the group to monitor and deliver Immigration services) and ensure data accuracy.
- Ensure filing/archiving of every case as per ISO requirements.
- Whenever fit, provide end to end service in relation to secure work/residence authorization for small corporate clients or direct consumers.
- Manage client expectations and monitor immigration progress according to services process flow communicated to clients.
- Monitor documents expiry dates and alert clients as appropriate.
- Respond to all communication and requests from applicants, Corporate Mobility/HR, internal clients and Government Authorities.
Education, Qualifications and Work Experience
- Must have at least 1-2 years’ relevant experience in a similar function.
- Excellent computer skill, MS office, Outlook, etc.
- English ability and fluency in local language depending on office location.
- Proven client service experience.
