Job Summary

We are seeking an Education Coordinator to support the planning and execution of education programs, classes, and events. This role requires strong customer service skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

Respond to in-person, phone, and online inquiries

Register, reschedule, and manage members in the CRM system

Maintain accurate education records (Orientation, CE, Ethics, Post-Licensing)

Set up and break down classrooms for in-person and virtual classes

Coordinate logistics for classes, webinars, and events

Communicate with instructors regarding schedules and materials

Track attendance, credits, and certificates

Promote education programs and events

Process refunds, transfers, and education-related payments

Assist with reports and administrative support

Support a positive, team-oriented culture

Qualifications

Strong customer service and communication skills

Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities

High attention to detail

Proficiency with Microsoft Office; able to learn new systems quickly

Professional, positive, and cooperative attitude

Self-motivated and adaptable to changing schedules
