We're Hiring: Admin & HR Officer

Full-Time

Join our dynamic team and be the backbone of our operations! We are looking for a motivated Admin & HR Officer who will also provide direct executive support to our General Manager. This role requires exceptional organizational skills, discretion, and the ability to manage multiple priorities seamlessly.

Key Responsibilities:

Administrative & HR Duties:

  • Oversee day-to-day administrative operations and office management.
  • Maintain employee records and manage HR documentation.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and HR metrics as required.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies.

Executive Support:

  • Manage scheduling, meetings, and travel arrangements for the General Manager.
  • Draft and review correspondence, reports, and other documents on behalf of the GM.
  • Coordinate internal and external communications and follow-ups.
  • Maintain a high level of confidentiality and professionalism in all dealings.
  • Support in organizing high-level meetings, events, and business agendas.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, HR, or a related field.
  • Excellent command of English and Arabic, both written and spoken.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel).
  • Exceptional time management and multitasking abilities.
  • High attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
