Responsibilities
- Responsible in ensuring on time raising of PR’s to one cloud and ensure that the stocks needed are always available both operations and bundling supplies
- Responsible in receiving and on time transaction of DR’s and ensuring on time submission of invoice to IDR for processing of payment
- Ensure that Petty cash fund is always reconciled, receipt and invoices plus cash should always be equal to the fund balance
- Responsible in monitoring site expenses vs. Budget
- Submit Continuous improvement for People Engagement Program of OMS
- Conduct Gemba focusing on warehouse facility
- Submission of near miss reporting/BBS (Safety)
Requirements
- Graduate of any course
- With work experience in doing admin functions
- Can start ASAP
- Background in Purchasing and Document management
- Good communication skills
