Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Admin Production & Maintenance role based in Tangerang. This role will provide administrative support to production and maintenance activities, ensuring smooth coordination of daily operations, documentation, reporting, and communication between departments. The position will support production planning, maintenance scheduling, inventory tracking, and operational data management to ensure efficiency, accuracy, and timely execution of production activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Provide administrative support for production and maintenance operations, including documentation, reporting, and data management.
  2. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly production reports, maintenance records, and operational summaries.
  3. Maintain and update production documents, work orders, maintenance schedules, and equipment records.
  4. Coordinate with production, maintenance, warehouse, and other departments to support daily operational activities.
  5. Assist in monitoring maintenance activities, spare parts usage, and equipment service records.
  6. Support purchasing and inventory tracking processes related to production and maintenance requirements.
  7. Ensure proper filing and control of operational documents, including inspection reports, maintenance logs, and related records.
  8. Assist in preparing reports for management review and support continuous improvement activities.
  9. Support administrative requirements for safety, quality, and operational compliance.

General Requirements:

  1. Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Industrial Engineering, Administration, Management, or related fields.
  2. Minimum 1–3 years of experience in production administration, maintenance administration, or manufacturing operations support.
  3. Experience in steel, manufacturing, construction materials, or industrial environments is preferred.
  4. Strong administrative skills with attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
  5. Familiar with production reports, maintenance records, inventory tracking, and basic operational processes.
  6. Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel for data management and reporting.
  7. Good organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
  8. Strong communication and coordination skills to work with cross-functional teams.
  9. Basic understanding of production processes and equipment maintenance is an advantage.
  10. Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and able to communicate in Business-Level English for reporting and coordination with international teams.
