We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Monday.com Specialist to support the design, implementation, and optimization of workflows across CRM, project management, and service delivery environments. You will work both independently and collaboratively to deliver high-quality solutions within tight timeframes.

What You Will Do:

  • CRM (lead tracking, pipelines, customer lifecycle)
  • Project management (task tracking, timelines, dependencies)
  • Service management (requests, ticketing, delivery workflows)
  • Develop and implement automation sequences to improve efficiency and reduce manual processes
  • Structure and maintain clean, scalable data architecture across boards and dashboards
  • Build dashboards and reporting tools to provide actionable insights
  • Translate business requirements into practical, working solutions
  • Follow defined workflows, task lists, and timelines while also contributing proactive improvements
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to refine processes and ensure alignment with business goals

Requirements

  • Min. 1 year of proven experience with Monday.com (CRM, workflows, automations, dashboards)
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken
  • Strong understanding of workflow design and process optimisation
  • Strong understanding of data structuring and relationships between boards
  • Strong understanding of Automation logic and sequencing
  • Able to work autonomously (self directed, problem solving), and under direction (following structured tasks and requirements)
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines
  • Clear communication and documentation skills
