Responsibilities:
Undertake the responsibility for generic facility management such as lease renewal.
Undertake the information security management, such as visitor register, ACS/CCTV system management.
Undertake budget control and vendor management including PO and invoice handling.
Undertake seat management (SMS) which will include expansion / consolidation as per needs of HCL in the GEO & when required.
Undertake facility level COVID prevention tasks.
Miscellaneous tasks like report handling for the GEO, such as sustainability report, seat report, attendance report, provision report etc.
Qualifications:
Mandatory: Fluent English skill (Oral and reading & writing)
Mandatory: Basic skill for Word/Excel/PPT
Candidate must have a minimum of 1-5 years’ experience in the IT industry.
Clear understanding of the work and teamwork spirit with high responsibility to complete the necessary tasks on time with priority.
Demonstrates the necessary sensitivity to work in multi-cultural environment.
Strong willing to learn new knowledge
