Role Description This is a part-time, on-site Administrative Assistant role based in Richmond, BC. The Administrative Assistant will provide day-to-day administrative and clerical support, including answering phones, responding to emails, greeting visitors, and handling general inquiries. This role will assist with organizing and maintaining electronic and physical files, preparing basic documents, data entry, and updating records and spreadsheets. The Administrative Assistant will support managers with scheduling, calendar coordination, and meeting preparation, including drafting agendas and taking notes as needed. The role may also include assisting with office supply inventory, coordinating courier or mail services, and providing general support to the operations and customer service teams.
Qualifications

  • Strong Administrative Assistance and Clerical Skills, including filing, data entry, document preparation, and record management.
  • Professional Phone Etiquette and Communication skills, with the ability to handle inquiries clearly, courteously, and efficiently.
  • Experience providing Executive Administrative Assistance, such as calendar management, meeting coordination, and basic report preparation.
  • Proficiency with standard office software (e.g., MS Office or Google Workspace) and comfort learning new digital tools.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work on-site in Richmond, BC, and collaborate effectively with team members and external contacts.
  • Previous administrative experience in a manufacturing, construction, or related environment is an asset.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education in business administration or a related field is an advantage.
