The RFS Hunter Area Command is one of the largest in the state. What's on offer? Potential ongoing, temporary, and casual opportunities across multiple locationsRFS Level 2/3 (salary $76,749 to $83,435 p.a. plus 12% super, commensurate with experience and qualifications)Two types of roles – one based at our Area Command headquarters in Cameron Park, and district-based roles embedded across five districts Administration Officer, Hunter Area Command Office (Cameron Park) This role sits within the People and Business function at our Area Command headquarters. You will support a broad range of functions across the Area Command, reporting to the Manager, People and Business, and working closely with the Area Commander and unit managers. It's a varied, fast-paced role for someone who thrives in a complex operational environment. Read more in the role description here: Administration Officer Role Description District Administration Officer (Multiple Locations) These roles are embedded in one of our five Hunter Area districts: Mid Coast District (Taree)Lower Hunter District (Maitland)Lower North Coast District (Kempsey)Hunter Valley District (Bulga)Central Coast District (Charmhaven) You will be the operational heartbeat of your district office, delivering frontline administrative support and customer service to staff, volunteers, and the public (full-time in-office attendance is required). You will take ownership of keeping the office running smoothly, thinking on your feet to problem-solve and contributing to the continuous improvement of our systems and processes.
