Your Responsibilitie
- sProvide day-to-day administrative and office management support to ensure smooth business operation
- sManage employee attendance records and assist with workforce scheduling and shift coordinatio
- nSupport recruitment activities throughout the hiring process, including interview coordination and candidate communicatio
- nAssist in workforce planning, employee administration, and HR-related documentatio
- nCoordinate facility management activities and liaise with external service provider
- sSupport asset and inventory management, including office equipment and workplace resource
- sMaintain accurate records, databases, and internal documentatio
- nAssist with various operational and administrative projects as require
- dServe as a point of contact for general office-related inquiries and support request

- leBachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Management, or a related fie
- ldStrong organizational and multitasking skil
- lsExcellent attention to detail and a structured way of worki
- ngProactive, reliable, and able to work independent
- lyProficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoi
- ntStrong communication skills and a service-oriented minds
