Role Description The Administrative Assistant is a full-time, hybrid role based in the Manchester Area, United Kingdom, with some flexibility for work from home. In this role, the Administrative Assistant will handle day-to-day office operations, including managing correspondence, maintaining records, and organizing files and documents. The role involves answering phone calls, directing inquiries, scheduling meetings, supporting executives with administrative tasks, and preparing basic reports. Qualifications
- Strong Administrative Assistance and Executive Administrative Assistance skills, with experience supporting daily office operations and leadership teams.
- Excellent Phone Etiquette and Communication abilities, including clear verbal and written communication and professional handling of inquiries.
<lisolid clerical skills, including filing, data entry, document preparation, and basic record-keeping using office software tools.< li>
- Proficiency in common office software (e.g., word processing, spreadsheets, email, calendaring systems) and comfort with learning new systems.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a structured environment.
- Ability to work effectively in a hybrid setting, demonstrating reliability, time management, and self-motivation both on-site and remotely.
- Prior experience in public sector, community services, or a similar administrative role is beneficial.
- Relevant vocational qualification or diploma in administration, business, or a related field is preferred.
