Hours: Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM-5:30 PM
PMAA is a growing staffing firm looking for a sharp, organized, and proactive Administrative Assistant to support our team and help keep the business running smoothly day to day.

We are not looking for someone who just wants to complete basic administrative tasks. We are looking for someone who is dependable, detail-oriented, professional, and eager to help drive the team forward.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day administrative support to leadership and recruiting staff
- Manage calendars, schedule interviews, meetings, and training sessions
- Help keep candidate, client, and job order information organized and up to date
- Assist with data entry, document preparation, and maintaining accurate internal records
- Coordinate interview logistics and support follow-up communication
- Help with job postings, internal documents, and administrative workflows
- Track details carefully and help ensure nothing falls through the cracks
- Support process improvements to help the business operate more efficiently
- Handle additional administrative and office support tasks as needed

- Strong sense of urgency and accountability
- Prior administrative, staffing, recruiting, or office support experience is preferred
- Experience with LinkedIn, Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and CRM/ATS systems is a plus
