Role Description

Role Type: Full-Time

Work Mode: Remote, Flexible working hours

Companies: The Graphic Social & AND Investments

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate between clients, internal team members, and the founders.
  • Schedule meetings, calls, interviews, and follow-ups.
  • Maintain daily task reports and share regular updates with the founders.
  • Track ongoing work, deadlines, pending tasks, and team progress.
  • Help with basic hiring processes such as posting job openings, shortlisting candidates, scheduling interviews, and following up with applicants.
  • Maintain records, documents, client details, team updates, and other important information.
  • Handle basic email, phone, and WhatsApp communication professionally.
  • Assist in organizing meetings, preparing agendas, and noting important discussion points.
  • Follow up with team members to ensure tasks are completed on time.
  • Support basic administrative work for both companies as required.
  • Help maintain smooth communication between departments, clients, and leadership.
  • Provide executive support to the founders in day-to-day planning and coordination.

Expected salary: Rs. 30,000 per month

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Administrative Assistance to support efficient office operations
  • Strong Phone Etiquette and Communication skills for professional correspondence
  • Good communication skills in English and Hindi.
  • Experience in Executive Administrative Assistance to support leadership effectively
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask
  • Proficiency with office software, such as Notion, Canva and Google Workspace
  • Ability to work independently and remotely with a high degree of reliability
  • Associate's or Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent work experience
  • Enforce SOPs across different clients
