Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide support to our managers and employees, assisting in daily office needs and managing our company’s general administrative activities.

Duties
– Act as the point of contact between the executives and internal/external clients
– Manage phone calls and correspondence (e-mails, letters, packages)
– Assist in organizing meetings and booking conference rooms
– Handle requests and queries appropriately
– Develop and maintain a filing system
– Update and maintain office policies and procedures
– Order office supplies and research new deals and suppliers
– Maintain contact lists
– Provide general support to visitors
– Act as a personal assistant to the management team

Requirements
– Proven experience as an administrative assistant or office admin assistant
– Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
– Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS Word, in particular)
– Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work
– Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
– Excellent written and verbal communication skills
– Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks at once

This position may involve tasks related to personal assistant duties, calendar management, proofreading, medical receptionist responsibilities, phone etiquette, Spanish language proficiency, time management, dental receptionist tasks, and typing skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $22.00 – $24.00 per hour
