Qualifications

  • Strong Administrative Assistance and Executive Administrative Assistance skills
  • Proficient in Phone Etiquette and professional communication
  • Excellent Clerical Skills, including document management and organization
  • Effective verbal and written Communication skills
  • Proficiency with relevant office software and tools
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
  • Previous administrative experience in the financial services sector is a plus
  • High school diploma or equivalent; college education preferred
