Qualifications
- Strong Administrative Assistance and Executive Administrative Assistance skills
- Proficient in Phone Etiquette and professional communication
- Excellent Clerical Skills, including document management and organization
- Effective verbal and written Communication skills
- Proficiency with relevant office software and tools
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- Previous administrative experience in the financial services sector is a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent; college education preferred
