Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Administrative Assistant located in the Miami-Fort Lauderdale Area. The Administrative Assistant will handle day-to-day tasks such as managing phone calls, maintaining communication channels, and providing executive administrative assistance. Additional duties include performing various clerical tasks and supporting the executive team with administrative functions.
Qualifications
Administrative Assistance and Executive Administrative Assistance skills
Phone Etiquette and effective Communication skills
Proficiency in Clerical skills
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Ability to multi-task and prioritize workload efficiently
Experience in property management or real estate is a plus
High School Diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications as an Administrative Assistant or Secretary are a plus
