We are currently looking for Administrative Assistant to join our Sales Team in our office in Rotterdam!
Summary of the position of Admin Assistant
- Input of inquiries from our customers in our own system
Activities of sales Admin Assistant
- Assisting the sales officers by placing the inquiries in our system as soon as possible in order to keep the customer satisfied with a quick response
The successful candidate will:
- Have a valid work permit
- Speak fluent English
- Have proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Outlook
- Work accurately
- Not have a problem doing repetitive work
- Have some knowledge of engines/machinery (preferred, we will provide training on the job)
- Have a valid work permit
We will offer you the following:
- Salary: € 2.700 up to € 2.850 gross per month depending on experience
- Health allowance: € 250 gross per month
- Holiday allowance: 8.0%
- Commuting allowance
- Pension scheme
- Lunch onsite
- Full-time onsite job
- 25 vacation days based on a 12-month contract
- Bonus- and promotion system
- Start date: as soon as possible
