Role Objective:

Responsible for arranging flight and hotel reservations, supporting all travel-related procedures, and assisting with general office organization and documentation follow-up.

Key Objectives:

  • Handle urgent matters promptly with professionalism and discretion.
  • Maintain confidentiality of all executive-level information and sensitive documents.
  • Arrange and confirm flight reservations for staff and guests.
  • Arrange hotel bookings and ensure timely confirmations.
  • Maintain, track, and organize office documents and records.
  • Experience in travel coordination or administrative support.
  • Knowledge of flight and hotel booking systems is an advantage.
  • Strong organizational and documentation-tracking skills.
  • Good communication skills and ability to support office operations.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • Experience: Minimum 3-5 years in Executive Assistant/Personal Assistant/Administration roles, preferably in hospitality, aviation or corporate environment.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field.
  • Knowledge/Skills:
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent communication (written & verbal)
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Ability to handle confidential information
  • Languages: English (required): additional languages are an advantage.
  • Travel Requirements: Occasional business travel may be required locally.
