Key Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day administrative support to teams or executives

• Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate logistics

• Prepare and proofread documents, reports, and presentations

• Handle internal communications and follow-ups

• Maintain digital files and organize shared workspaces

• Assist with travel arrangements, invoices, and basic data entry

Who You Are

• 2+ years of experience in an administrative, assistant, or coordinator role

• Strong organizational and time management skills

• Excellent verbal and written communication in English (German or French a plus)

• Tech-savvy — confident using tools like Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, Zoom, Slack, Trello, or Notion

• Able to work independently and manage multiple priorities

• Based in Switzerland and authorized to work remotely
