About the Role
LHH is partnering with a nonprofit organization in Carson to identify an organized and detail-oriented Administrative Coordinator for a short-term contract engagement. This role will play a key part in supporting contract administration and collaborating cross-functionally with legal, property management, and facilities teams.
Key Responsibilities
• Review, process, and track contracts and agreements to ensure accuracy and compliance
• Coordinate closely with legal, property, and facilities teams to support contract lifecycle management
• Maintain organized digital and physical contract records and documentation
• Assist with contract updates, renewals, and amendments
• Support internal communications and follow-ups related to contract status and approvals
• Provide general administrative support to the team including scheduling, document preparation, and reporting
• Help streamline administrative processes and improve workflow efficiency
Qualifications
• 2+ years of administrative experience, preferably in contract administration, legal support, or property management
• Experience reviewing contracts, agreements, or compliance-related documentation strongly preferred
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage high-volume documentation
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Ability to work cross-functionally with multiple departments
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Experience in nonprofit or real estate/property environments is a plus
