This position plays an important role in maintaining efficient business operations through administrative support, communication coordination, event planning, records management, and front desk responsibilities. The ideal candidate is organized, adaptable, and committed to providing excellent internal and external customer service.
Job Description :
- Process basic accounts payable transactions, billing, and collections.
- Maintain company records, databases, and administrative documents.
- Provide administrative support for HR-related activities.
- Coordinate internal communications and company announcements.
- Assist with planning and coordinating internal and external meetings and events.
- Manage office supplies and maintain inventory.
- Perform front desk duties, including handling incoming calls, emails, and visitors.
- Provide general administrative support as assigned.
Qualifications
- Language skill requirement: English – Fluent, Japanese – a big plus but not required
- Basic business manner skills
- High communication skills
- Able to communicate professionally with external clients and customers
