Job Summary:

We require a highly organized, proactive and resourceful Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive support in both our professional and personal lives. This is a multifaceted role that demands exceptional multitasking abilities, attention to detail and a positive, can-do-attitude.

Primary Responsibilities:
Responsibilities may include but are not limited to: complex calendar management, personal errands & logistics, business errands & support, group event planning & coordination, secretarial & administrative support, gatekeeper & liaison, confidentiality and discretion.

Preferred Qualifications:
Previous experience in similar position, exceptional organizational and time management skills, proficiency in calendar management, excellent written and verbal communication skills with a professional and polished demeanor.
