Pay Rate: $35–38/hour (W-2)


Position Overvie

This role provides high-level administrative and operational support to Operations & Engineering leadership while helping coordinate field operations, scheduling, documentation, and compliance activities. Key Responsibiliti

  • esProvide administrative support to the Operations & Engineering Supervisor and Electric Regional Operations tea
  • m.Coordinate and maintain the Electric Troubleshooter schedule, ensuring appropriate staffing coverage and workload prioritizatio
  • n.Process and track customer and third-party damage reports while maintaining accurate documentation and timely follow-u
  • p.Coordinate ETS pre-arranged customer service requests and monitor job status to ensure service commitments are me
  • t.Track ETS AED inspections and maintain compliance records, ensuring required follow-up activities are complete
  • d.Support departmental safety meetings by preparing agendas, taking meeting minutes, distributing documentation, and tracking action item
  • s.Perform data entry, reporting, records management, correspondence, and other administrative support function
  • s.Assist with special projects and additional operational support as neede

Qualificati

  • onsHigh school diploma requir
  • ed.Bachelor’s degree required, or currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degr
  • ee.Previous administrative support experience in a fast-paced office environme
  • nt.Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Outlook, and Wo
  • rd.Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlin
