Responsibilities
Manage daily office operations and administrative tasks.
Provide excellent customer service via phone and in-person interactions.
Maintain organized records and documentation for all office activities.
Assist with calendar management, scheduling appointments, and coordinating meetings.
Support the team with clerical duties such as data entry and filing.
Handle customer inquiries and provide appropriate solutions or escalate as needed.
Track and manage vehicle insurance, business licenses, and permits.
Ensure the office environment is welcoming and professional.
Requirements
