Responsibilities
As an Administrative Assistant, your key responsibility will be to provide various kinds of administrative support to specific employees, departments, or designated groups within the company as assigned.
Process invoices timely and accurately
Create Purchase Requisitions
Maintain Cost Reports
Create Bid Packages for Upcoming Projects
Log and File Drawings and Submittals
Pursue training and education to increase your effectiveness
Manage time effectively and prioritize tasks to ensure completion of all duties and tasks assigned
Represent Company at all times with professionalism and a commitment to quality
Regular and reliable attendance at work
Other duties and special projects as assigned by Company Management

What it takes
An associate’s degree in business administration preferred.
Minimum of 1-year relevant work experience.
Meticulous attention to detail in order to be exact and accurate and ability to perform with minimal mistakes
Ability to adhere reliably to a reoccurring set schedule
Organizational skills and effective time management to succeed in a semi-autonomous, fast-paced environment.
