Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role based in Tampa, FL, for an Administrative Assistant/Recruiter. The role entails providing administrative support to the office, such as handling schedules, coordinating meetings, and managing clerical tasks. Additionally, the position involves assisting in recruitment efforts, including initial candidate screening, managing job postings, coordinating interviews, and ensuring excellent communication with candidates and team members.
Qualifications
- Proven skills in Administrative Assistance and Executive Administrative Assistance
- Strong understanding of Phone Etiquette and professional communication
- Proficiency in Clerical Skills, including document management and scheduling
- Excellent communication skills for liaising with team members, candidates, and stakeholders
- Outstanding organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and manage responsibilities in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite, email tools)
- Previous experience in recruitment or human resources is a plus
