About the Opportunity

The Redda Group has been retained by a highly respected, globally recognized intellectual property law firm to identify an Administrative Coordinator who will serve as a key front-facing representative of the firm’s Washington, DC office

.This role is ideal for a polished, highly organized professional who thrives in a fast-paced, client-facing environment. The Administrative Coordinator will play a critical role in shaping first impressions, ensuring seamless office operations, and supporting firm leadership through a blend of reception, coordination, and administrative responsibilities

Ideal Background

  • 2+ years of experience in an administrative, front office, or coordinator role
  • Prior experience in a professional services environment (law firm, consulting, finance, etc).
  • Experience managing multi-line phone systems and high-volume communications.
  • Strong experience coordinating meetings, conference rooms, and logistics (catering, A/V, travel).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Acrobat, and scheduling tools (e.g., Teams, Zoom)
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong attention to detail, organization, and follow-through
  • High-touch customer service mindset with a professional and polished demeanor

What You’ll Own

  • Serve as the first point of contact for clients, visitors, and incoming communications
  • Manage and operate the firm’s multi-line phone system, directing calls professionally and efficiently
  • Coordinate conference rooms, meetings, and office logistics, including catering needs
  • Maintain visitor logs, security protocols, and access management
  • Support travel coordination, including booking accommodations and logis
  • Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and documents
  • Process invoices, expenses, and financial documentation, partnering with Accounts Payments
  • Conduct research and compile data for special projects and firm initiatives
  • Ensure smooth day-to-day administrative operations across the office

Collaboration & Impact

  • Partner closely with firm leadership, attorneys, and administrative teams
  • Coordinate across departments to ensure seamless office operations
  • Act as a key liaison between clients, employees, and external vendors

Compensation & Benefits

  • Target compensation: ~$60,000 annually, dependent on experience and internal equity
