Role Description The Administrative Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in Yangon, responsible for providing comprehensive executive and administrative support to ensure smooth office operations. This position manages calendars, schedules meetings, organizes travel arrangements, and prepares documents and presentations for internal and external stakeholders. The Administrative Executive coordinates office activities, maintains records and databases, and supports the preparation of reports, proposals, and correspondence. The role includes handling incoming communications, assisting with event and meeting logistics, and liaising with partners, clients, and internal teams in a professional and efficient manner. The Administrative Executive is expected to uphold high standards of confidentiality, accuracy, and organization while contributing to a collaborative work environment.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in General Administration, such as office coordination, record keeping, and basic budgeting or expense tracking.
- Strong Executive Administrative Assistance and Administrative Assistance skills, including calendar management, meeting coordination, and document preparation.
- Assist in budgeting, expense control, petty cash tracking (if assigned), and preparation of admin reports.
- Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills for interacting with internal teams, senior leadership, and external stakeholders.
- Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and maintain attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
- Comfort with office software and digital tools (e.g., word processing, spreadsheets, presentation software, email and collaboration platforms).
- Previous experience in Myanmar Labour laws and Tax knowledges and Visa arrangement.
- Relevant diploma or bachelor’s degree in business administration, management, communications, or a related field is preferred.
- Strong integrity, discretion, and reliability in handling sensitive information and supporting senior leadership.
