Administration Division at Viettel Group is looking for an Administrative Policy Specialist working at the headquaters.

JOB PURPOSE:

  • Design and digitalize core administrative processes and procedures to enhance service quality and establish a transparent, efficient administrative data system, ultimately supporting workplace experience management for Viettel Group employees.

JOB DESCRIPTION

1.Systems & Standards Development

  • Develop the regulatory framework governing workplace administrative services, including regulations, processes, and guidelines for activities (such as front desk operations, conference and event facility management, equipment and supplies management, housekeeping and cleaning services, guest reception and protocol services…
  • Manage operational indicators on IT systems to evaluate performance and provide data-driven foundations for leadership decision-making.
  • Prepare industry and sector reports as required by leadership

2.Implementation & Functional Training

  • Audit and ensure consistency in the implementation of regulations and processes across Viettel's buildings and subsidiary companies nationwide.
  • Provide consulting and recommendations to adapt and customize administrative services based on the operational requirements of different business units and regional offices across Viettel.
  • Lead periodic professional training programs for the administrative function across the Group (including both internal training and training delivered by external partners)

3.Operational Management, Continuous Improvement & Optimization

  • Identify operational risks, provide timely warnings, and recommend appropriate mitigation solutions.
  • Continuously review, improve, and optimize administrative policies, procedures, and operational processes to enhance service quality and workforce capability.

APPLICANT REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor's degree or above; preference will be given to candidates with an overseas degree in Hospitality Management (particularly from Switzerland) or other disciplines related to Service Management or Operations Management.
  • Experience in one or more of the following positions: Grade A Office Building Manager; Front Office Manager at a 4- or 5-star hotel; Hotel Customer Experience Manager.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and data management tools for dashboard design and able to leverage AI applications to improve productivity and support day-to-day work.
