Requirements:
Very Good or advanced command of English (Ready, Writing, listening, and speaking).
Very Good or excellent command of Microsoft tools.
Proven experience in administrative work or related.
Very good ability to draft emails, presentations and reply to inquiries.
Flexibility with night/rotational shifts.
Cairo Resident.
Graduates Only.
Responsibilities
:
Giving orientation sessions to new hires on behalf of the department and answer any inquiries.
Coordinate logistics related to events, meetings, and appointments.
Assist in responding to inquiries from employees and other departments, handle incoming and outgoing communications.
Coordinate the scheduling and routing of company shuttle services for employees.
Communicate shuttle schedules and updates to staff.
Coordinate travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and itineraries.
Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations.
Maintain and organize both digital and physical filing systems.
Input, update, and maintain databases or spreadsheets.
Oversee the housekeeping team to ensure cleanliness and maintenance of office premises.
Schedule and monitor cleaning tasks and procedures to meet health and safety standards.
Conduct regular inspections to ensure cleanliness and adherence to facility standards.
Schedule and oversee maintenance tasks, ensuring they are completed timely and efficiently.
Manage office space, ensuring a safe and functional working environment.
Monitor and track inventory levels of office supplies and equipment.
Conduct regular inventory audits to ensure accuracy and availability of supplies.
Greet external visitors to the site and provide assistance as needed.
Resolve conflicts or issues in a professional manner.
Monitor compliance with established house rules and organizational policies.
Educate employees about house rules and their importance for workplace safety and culture.
Address violations of house rules promptly and appropriately.
