He angitūtanga: The opportunity

We are seeking two Administrators to join our team on a temporary basis to support the Safe Septic Programme. These roles are ideal for detail‑focused administrators who enjoy structured work and can confidently manage high‑volume data entry while supporting customer enquiries.

You’ll be part of a collaborative and supportive team, helping to ensure information is processed accurately and efficiently to support positive outcomes for Tāmaki Makaurau.

In this role, you will:

  • Efficiently respond to and triage customer email enquiries
  • Accurately maintain and update databases within SAP CRM
  • Manage files and documents in line with document control requirements
  • Support the team with administrative and coordination tasks as required

You are organised, proactive, and detail‑oriented, with a strong sense of accountability. You enjoy working collaboratively, take pride in your work, and consistently meet deadlines.

You will bring:

  • Experience in administration, coordination, or similar roles
  • Strong document control and data accuracy skills
  • Confident written and verbal communication skills
  • The ability to build positive working relationships with stakeholders
  • Confidence using Microsoft Office and other digital systems
  • A solutions‑focused mindset and a willingness to learn
