A beautiful, skilled nursing/long term care facility located in Cleveland, OH is currently seeking an experienced Nursing HomeAdministrator.
Salary: Up to $120K Per Year *Based On Experience*
Responsibilities of the Administrator – Nursing Home:
Monitor and maintain compliance with federal and state regulations.
Manage the development and implementation of departmental policies and establishing rapport with and between departments so they can each see the importance of their contributions to the facility.
Qualifications of the Administrator – Nursing Home:
Must have OH Administrator license
Must have a minimum of three years of Administrator experience in long term care
Proven Leadership & Management skills
Strong verbal & written communication skill
