What You’ll Do:

Experience: At least 3 years of leadership experience in a Skilled Nursing or Long-Term Care setting.
Education: A Bachelor’s degree in Health Administration or a related field (preferred).
Expertise: Deep knowledge of skilled nursing regulations, operations, and quality standards.
