Key Responsibility
- Acquire and onboard new affiliates/KOLs/creator partners.
- Monitor creator performance metrics including GMV, conversion rate, video views, livestream performance, and ROI.
- Analyze performance data regularly to identify trends and optimize creator collaboration strategies.
- Coordinate with the Ads Team to boost creator videos and maximize reach.
- Collaborate with the Content Team to improve creative assets used by creators.
- Align with the E-commerce Team on promotions and campaign strategies to drive sales.
- Maintain strong relationships with TikTok platform account managers.
- Leverage platform resources and recommended creators to enhance campaign performance.
- Maximize performance from platform-recommended KOLs.
Key Requirements
- Min. 2 years of experience in e-commerce, creator management, or MCN industry
- Familiar with the TikTok Affiliate / Creator Commerce ecosystem
- Strong communication and negotiation skills with creators
- Data-driven mindset with basic analytics capability
- Results-oriented and comfortable working with GMV targets
- Proficient in Excel / Google Sheets or similar tools
- Good English communication skills, both written and spoken, are preferred
