Role Summary
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Aftersales Assistant Manager to lead the development of new service partners, manage service renewals, and oversee claims operations. This role is critical in strengthening Xiaomi’s after-sales service network, ensuring compliance with service agreements, and driving customer satisfaction through efficient claims handling and partner engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Service Partner Development: Identify and onboard new after-sales, installation, and repair service partners based on regional business needs. Conduct business negotiations and manage contract signing.
- Business Planning & Bidding: Develop service partner proposals covering service scope, resource allocation, service models, pricing, and commercial terms. Lead communication during bidding processes.
- Partner Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term, mutually beneficial relationships with service partners to improve engagement and satisfaction.
- Contract & SLA Monitoring: Track contract signing, execution, renewal, and expiration to ensure compliance with agreed service levels and performance clauses.
- Submission: Support service partners in submitting claims with required documents and invoices.
- Approval: Route claims for review, verify eligibility, and ensure compliance with policies.
- Tracking: Provide visibility into claim status (submitted, under review, pending, approved, rejected, processed).
- Performance & Renewal: Achieve performance targets, drive service renewal initiatives, and continuously improve claims and partner management processes.
Job Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related fields.
- Experience: Minimum 2 years in after-sales service management, preferably in automotive, electronics, or consumer goods industries.
- Skills: Strong business negotiation, market insight, partner relationship management, multitasking, and target-driven execution.
- Language: Proficiency in English for effective communication with partners and stakeholders.
- Travel: Willingness to travel as required.
