Role Description
Asset Management Specialist will be responsible for managing and monitoring company assets, ensuring accurate asset records, proper utilization, maintenance, movement, and availability to support business and operational needs.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Management, Supply Chain, Logistics, Accounting, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in asset management, inventory control, warehouse, or related field
- Experienced in managing asset registration, tagging, tracking, transfer, borrowing, and return
- Able to conduct regular asset inventory, stock opname, and reconciliation
- Able to monitor asset condition, maintenance, and utilization
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets for asset tracking and reporting
- Detail-oriented, organized, and accurate in managing data and documentation
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good communication and coordination skills with various departments
