Role Description
This is a full-time on-site Assistant role located in Kuala Lumpur. The Assistant will be responsible for supporting the operational and administrative functions of the office. Daily tasks include managing documentation, scheduling meetings, coordinating with different departments, responding to communication, and ensuring office supplies are adequately stocked. Additional responsibilities may include maintaining records, data entry, and assisting in various clerical tasks to support the team effectively.
Qualifications
- Administrative Skills: Strong organizational, scheduling, and time-management abilities
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills for client interaction and interdepartmental coordination
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software for document preparation, data entry, and record-keeping
- Problem-Solving: Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining accuracy and meeting deadlines
- Attention to Detail: Strong proofreading, accuracy, and data validation skills
- Teamwork: Collaborative mindset with the ability to work efficiently in a team-oriented environment
- Additional Skills: Knowledge or experience in the petrochemical or related industries is a plus
- Qualifications: High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field is an advantage
