Role Description The Assistant role is a full-time, remote position supporting various operational, administrative, and coordination tasks across the Sport Network team. Day-to-day responsibilities may include managing calendars and meetings, organizing documents and digital files, and preparing basic reports or summaries for internal use. The Assistant will help with communication tasks such as responding to emails, updating shared project boards, and coordinating with partners or contractors as needed. Additional duties may include supporting social media scheduling, assisting with data entry, and helping maintain internal workflows and team processes. This role requires consistent, reliable online availability during agreed working hours and close collaboration with colleagues in different locations.
Qualifications
- Strong organizational and time management abilities, including calendar coordination and task prioritization.
- Solid communication skills, with clear written and spoken English and professional email etiquette.
- Comfort with digital tools such as office productivity software, online collaboration platforms, and basic data entry systems.
