What You'll Be Doing

As part of our Company Secretarial team, you will play an important role in ensuring our clients remain compliant with statutory and regulatory requirements. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting in managing a portfolio of clients and handling various company secretarial matters.
  • Drafting Board Resolutions, Members' Resolutions, minutes, and other corporate documents under the guidance of senior team members.
  • Assisting in all company secretarial duties to ensure compliance with the Companies Act 2016 and other statutory requirements.
  • Supporting the Named Company Secretaries in filing and submitting statutory forms, Annual Returns, and related documents to the Companies Commission of Malaysia (SSM/CCM).
  • Updating and maintaining statutory records, registers, and corporate information accurately and efficiently.
  • Liaising with clients, regulators, internal stakeholders, and professional advisers on secretarial matters.
  • Following up on outstanding company secretarial invoices and administrative matters.
  • Handling general administrative duties and ad-hoc assignments as required.
  • Managing assigned client portfolios under the close supervision and guidance of immediate superiors.

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree of Corporate Administration
  • 1–2 years of relevant experience in company secretarial practice.
  • Familiarity with the Companies Act 2016 and company secretarial procedures.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately under deadlines.
  • Proactive, responsible, and eager to learn.
  • Able to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
  • Experience with company secretarial software will be an added advantage.
