HuggyPal makes weighted plush companions that help people feel calmer and sleep better. Our events — bazaars, pop-ups, workshops, partner activations — are where most people meet us for the first time.
We are looking for someone to own those events end to end, and to keep the day-to-day operations behind them running smoothly.
What you’ll do
Run our events
Plan and execute pop-ups, bazaars, workshops, and partner activations from setup to teardown.
Keep operations smooth
Coordinate logistics, inventory, and suppliers so every event and daily task runs on time.
Be the face of HuggyPal
Engage customers and partners on-site, sharing the comfort our weighted plush toys bring.
Make it better each time
Track what works, gather feedback, and improve our processes for the next event.
Who tends to do well here
Organised, detail-driven, and calm under a busy event day
Comfortable talking to customers and partners face to face
Willing to work on-site in Kuala Lumpur, including some weekends
A team player who takes ownership from start to finish
Bonus: experience in events, retail, or operations
