About The Job
Job Purpose
Responsible for coordinating and supporting facility operations to ensure a safe, secure, and efficient workplace environment in our Riyadh branch.
Responsibilities
- Job Accountabilities
- Managing vendor contracts, refit work planning, and project coordination
- Workplace and facilities management
- Physical security coordination, including access control, CCTV, and security vendor oversight
- Firefighting and prevention methods
- Risk assessment and business continuity
- Health, safety, and security (EHS) compliance
- Property and space management
- Communications infrastructure coordination
- Building maintenance, testing, and inspections
- Building administration and contract management
- Facilities maintenance planning
- Managing renovations and refurbishment activities
- Overseeing day-to-day administrative operations to ensure cost-effectiveness and efficiency
- Collaborating with local management to maintain a safe and secure working environment and enhance staff satisfaction
- Good communication and stakeholder coordination skills
Working Conditions
- Primarily office-based.

Qualifications
QUALIFICATIONS
- Education: Bachelor’s degree from an accredited and recognized university
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in Facilities Management
- Proven track record of Admin skills, Vendor Management, engagement with internal leadership and employees in addition to external
- Strong understanding of Facilities Management & Administration
