Responsibilities

1-     Account Management & Relationship Building – Serve as the primary contact for assigned key clients, Build long-term relationships with decision-makers (HR, Admin, Founders)

2-     Client Retention & Satisfaction – Ensure high client satisfaction and reduce churn, Resolve issues related to: Facilities, Billing, space utilization, Coordinate with internal teams (operations, support, community managers)

3-     Strategic Account Planning – Develop quarterly and annual account plans to achieve the targeted nos

4-     Enterprise Client Management – Revenue Growth & Upselling, Handle large corporate accounts (100+ seats)

5-     Multi-Location Portfolio Management

6-     Revenue Forecasting & Pipeline Management – Forcast – Renewals, Expansion Revenue, Potenial churn risk

7-     Contract & Commercial Management

8-     Data & Reporting

9-     Coordination with Internal Teams

10- Customer Experience Enhancement

Qualifications

  • Minimum Graduate
  • 3+ years' of experience in managing the Key Accounts.
  • Strong verbal or written communication skills
