Hours: Minimum 32 hours per week, Permanent (4 days a week, including regular weekends and evenings) – additional hours available to accommodate additional activities, events and room hire.
About the Role
- We are seeking a proactive and enthusiastic Assistant Manager to support the day-to-day operations of Sharpe’s Pottery Museum. This role is ideal for someone passionate about heritage, visitor experience, and team leadership. You will work with the Museum Manager, and the wider Sharpe’s Pottery Team including a team of volunteers, to ensure smooth operations, excellent customer service, drive income generation, and the continued success of the museum as a vibrant cultural destination.
