Position Summary
We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Business Partner to join TRINITY’s Human Resources Business Partner Team within the People Operations function. The individual will play a pivotal role in supporting the Analytics Division through our transformation journey. The HRBP will collaborate with leadership to develop and implement HR strategies that foster a high-performance culture, enhance employee engagement, and drive organizational effectiveness.
Essential Functions
Strategic HR Support: Partner with the Analytics Division leadership to understand business objectives and develop integrated HR strategies, in partnership with People Operations Centers of Excellence, that align with the division’s goals. Liaise between the business and People Ops function to ensure business needs are met and to support People Ops evolution to support the changing needs of the business
Change Management: Lead and support change management initiatives to ensure smooth transitions during the business transformation.
Talent Management: Facilitate the effective execution of annual processes including performance management and calibration, compensation planning and calibration, talent review and succession planning, and engagement survey action planning.
Training and Development: Identify training needs and partner with L&D to develop programs to enhance employee skills and career growth.
Workforce Planning: Partner with staffing team to lead workforce planning, including anticipation of reskilling / upskilling needs and embed strategies to drive greater diversity ion the workforce.
Employee Relations: Provide day-to-day performance management guidance to managers, including when to leverage coaching, counseling, career development, performance improvement plans or disciplinary actions. Advise on complex employee relations matters. Collaborate with Employee relations function to identify people-related trends within the business and provide insights to business leaders to enable a positive work environment.
HR Metrics and Analytics: Utilize HR data and analytics to inform decision-making and measure the effectiveness of HR initiatives.
Compliance: Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations, and maintain up-to-date knowledge of HR best practices.
Performs other duties as assigned.
Position Requirements
Education: Bachelor’s degree required
Work Experience: 5-7 years experience in Human Resources/Talent Management/Organizational Development. Previous experience as an HRBP strongly preferred.
Experience in consulting industry or other professional services organization strongly preferred

Proven results-oriented work experience & ability to work under pressure in a competitive, fast paced, and innovative industry.
Excellent executive presence, communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills
Ability to use independent judgment to problem-solve, manage conflict, influence without authority
Working knowledge or legal requirements associated with day-to-day people management
Ability to seamlessly flex between strategy and execution
Strong analytical skills and experience with Microsoft Excel/PowerPoint
Ability to prioritize responsibilities and take ownership of projects
Ability to act with a high degree of integrity, professionalism and maintain confidentiality
Ability to build rapport with leaders at all levels of the organization

Trinity’s salary bands account for a wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets and market demand for skills; level of experience and training; specific qualifications, performance, time in role/company, geographic location, and other business and organizational needs. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $150,000 – $175,000.
In addition to your base salary, you will also be eligible for an annual discretionary performance bonus.
