Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Procurement & Administration Executive to manage procurement, compliance, and administrative activities. This is an Individual Contributor (IC) role, requiring hands-on ownership of responsibilities and the ability to work independently while coordinating with internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities Procurement

  • Manage end-to-end procurement activities, including vendor sourcing, evaluation, negotiations, and purchase order management.
  • Ensure timely procurement of goods and services while maintaining cost efficiency and quality standards.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors and service providers.
  • Monitor vendor performance and ensure adherence to contractual obligations.

Compliance

  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procurement procedures, and regulatory requirements.
  • Maintain procurement and compliance documentation, records, and reports.
  • Support internal and external audits by providing required documentation and information.
  • Track compliance-related activities and recommend process improvements where necessary.

Administration

  • Handle day-to-day administrative operations and facility management activities.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors for office-related requirements.
  • Manage office supplies, assets, and general administration functions.
  • Support organizational events, meetings, and other administrative initiatives as required.

Required Qualifications & Experience

  • Proven experience in Procurement and Compliance is mandatory.
  • Experience working in an Individual Contributor (IC) role is preferred.
  • Strong understanding of procurement processes, vendor management, and compliance requirements.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and procurement-related systems/tools
