Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Procurement & Administration Executive to manage procurement, compliance, and administrative activities. This is an Individual Contributor (IC) role, requiring hands-on ownership of responsibilities and the ability to work independently while coordinating with internal stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities Procurement
- Manage end-to-end procurement activities, including vendor sourcing, evaluation, negotiations, and purchase order management.
- Ensure timely procurement of goods and services while maintaining cost efficiency and quality standards.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors and service providers.
- Monitor vendor performance and ensure adherence to contractual obligations.
Compliance
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procurement procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- Maintain procurement and compliance documentation, records, and reports.
- Support internal and external audits by providing required documentation and information.
- Track compliance-related activities and recommend process improvements where necessary.
Administration
- Handle day-to-day administrative operations and facility management activities.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors for office-related requirements.
- Manage office supplies, assets, and general administration functions.
- Support organizational events, meetings, and other administrative initiatives as required.
Required Qualifications & Experience
- Proven experience in Procurement and Compliance is mandatory.
- Experience working in an Individual Contributor (IC) role is preferred.
- Strong understanding of procurement processes, vendor management, and compliance requirements.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and procurement-related systems/tools
