We have an exciting new opportunity for a conscientious Booking Coodinator to join our team at our luxury private clinic in Portsmouth.
The Booking Coordinator is responsible for delivering a seamless, patient- centred journey from initial referral through to treatment and follow-up across Laser Vision, Prema Health and Prema Aesthetics.
This role involves the timely liaison and accurate booking of appointments, theatre procedures, and diagnostics, while acting as a key point of contact for patients, consultants (medical and surgical, GPs both internal and external), Optometrists and internal teams.
The postholder will maintain high standards of customer service, data accuracy, and operational efficiency within a private healthcare environment. The post holder will also need to support other areas of the business as appropriate.
