Full Time Business Administrator Position Available Now In Richmond Hill!

Long Term Opportunity, must be able to work full time on going 40 hours a week on SIN

Must have experience as an administrative assistant

Requirements:
– Minimum 5 years experience working as an Administrative Assistant
– Strong MS office skills, especially Excel
– Working knowledge of Quick Books
– Budgeting and Financial planning

Job Duties:

–Reporting: franchise royalties, SEO income, expenses, month end to send to the accountant, franchise monthly sales reports, standings of the top 10 results of franchise groups
–Accounts payable and Receivable
–Track/Record sick days
–Arrange materials for new locations.
–Arrange franchise meetings and annual awards meeting.
–Answer phone calls (answer customer questions or transfer to the correct person)
–Administrative support for CEO and Senior Executives
